I have never had the pleasure of working with someone who brings such a sense of professionalism, integrity, motivation, creativity, and inspiration to the table. She cooks for our family once a week and the feelings of joy and gratitude around having enough good food in the house for everyone is precious, and a relief! 
We set the menu on Sunday, sometimes sharing recipes, but she also riffs off of any suggestion or idea I share with her. She  procures all the needed groceries, arrives on time, and gets right to it. Her work ethic is admirable and her presence in my kitchen is a blessing. She creates healthy delicious nutritious foods and knows how to bend traditional and non-traditional recipes to meet the diverse needs of a family. Her skill set resounds in every dish she makes and she lovingly leaves my kitchen super clean. Elisa is reliable, extremely talented, and just an overall pleasure to work with. She can do everything from meal planning to specialized dinners and large scale catering. Her food is scrumptious, clean, dynamic, flavorful, nutrient dense, and balanced. What more could I ask for.”
